The Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu, in line with the thrust of the Department of Foreign Affairs to provide efficient and comfortable service to all Filipinos, will implement its passport appointment system beginning May 01, 2018. All passport applications will be by appointment only. SECURING A PASSPORT APPOINTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FREE OF CHARGE. You can create an individual appointment for yourself or a group appointment for the family. ONE (1) APPOINTMENT SLOT PER PERSON WILL BE STRICTLY IMPLEMENTED. Unless you have an appointment, we will not be able to accommodate you. Please make sure you have a valid email address where an automated confirmatory email will be sent to you. The confirmatory email will include your passport appointment schedule and the requirements to apply for a passport. Either print or save in your mobile/handheld devices the confirmatory email. Bring these to the Consulate on the date and time of your appointment. If you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment, you are kindly requested to cancel your appointment to give way to other applicants. DOUBLE REGISTRATION WILL MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT NULL AND VOID. Carefully review all fields in the online form and provide complete and accurate information. The system relies on email messaging to inform you of updates. Depending on actual server load and network traffic, the server may take some time before it can send a confirmation email for the selected booking. For senior citizens (60 years and older), persons with disability, pregnant women, children 7 years and younger, and Overseas Filipino Workers including seafarers, securing a passport appointment is not required. The Consulate will continue to accept their applications on a "first-come first-served" basis. However, they are nonetheless encouraged to secure an appointment to prioritize their passport application. Mahalo!
